How do I track cargo?
- You will receive a message to your defined information immediately after your order is prepared and shipped. You can also track the status of your order with a member login.
when will my order be given to cargo?
- Your orders are delivered to the relevant cargo company within an average of 1 business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed on the first Monday.
Can I change my shipping address?
- If your order has not yet been delivered to the cargo, you can make a request by calling our customer support line at 0 850 302 23 32.
In how many days will my order be delivered to me?
- Delivery times of your orders may differ depending on the shipping companies and address. Unless there is an extraordinary situation, the estimated delivery time for Ankara and Istanbul is 1-2 business days after your package is delivered to the cargo. For other cities, delivery is provided within an average of 3 working days after the cargo is delivered.
Can I receive my order from the cargo branch?
- Together with your cargo tracking number, you can contact the cargo company and indicate that you want to receive the shipment from the branch.
What is the shipping fee?
- The shipping fee also changes depending on the campaign periods and customer-specific applications. Shipping charges are shown at the order basket stage. Free shipping application for all your shopping and special free shipping applications are exemplary works.
When my parcel arrived, I was not at my address. what should I do?
- If you are not present at your address, your order will be delivered to the cargo branch with information in your cargo tracking details. You can request delivery by contacting them with your cargo tracking number. In order for your order not to be returned to us, you must receive your package from the branch within 24 hours. Or, you can request support by calling our customer support line at 0 850 302 23 32.
